INVENTORY & CHECK-IN REPORTS

An inventory report provides a detailed account of the contents and condition of a property at the start of a tenancy.  Detailed pictures are taken of the entire property and the defects within (approximately 50 per room).  A check-in is usually carried our concurrently with an inventory and collects details of the keys, meter readings, alarms and cleaning.  All our reports are made available online within 24 hours and can be sent to any recipient for them to easily view, comment on and sign electronically.

For added peace of mind we can create short reports during the tenancy.  We check for any signs of mistreatment, water damage, that the fire alarms are working and highlight any concerns that the tenant may have.  This report can then give you peace of mind that the property is being well looked after.

Living Room

SNAGGING REPORTS

If you have a new or previously unrented property our snagging reports will highlight any concerns at the property so you have adequate time to address these issues before the start of a new tenancy.  We check for common maintenance issues, that your alarms are working and that your certificates are up to date, helping ensure there are no nasty surprises on move-in day.
